Due to the nature of gemstones we take no responsibility for any chips, breaks or damage that may occur during repair work. We are not responsible for the structural integrity of any piece we did not design.

Pieces are repaired by us, but on occasion may need to be sent to a third party. Gemstones, diamonds, pearls, pendants, chains and any other details that maybe included in your piece will never be swapped, or replaced unless this is desired /agreed upon.

Although we will do our best to complete the repair within the estimated time frame, This time will vary, and is subject to change at any time. Once the repair is complete you will receive a phone call from us. Please bring your orange slip with your order number when picking up.

The fee for repair is dependent on various factors, although we do our best to estimate the price before repair this fee is an estimate and may change upon pickup. This fee can be paid before or after repair.
