Free Consultation
Bring the heirloom piece in. We'll examine the stones and metal, explain what can (and can't) be reused, and talk through what you want the new piece to feel like.
Assess Stones & Metal
Old stones are checked for chips, cracks, and recut potential. Gold and platinum are weighed for melt value โ you get that credit applied to the new piece. We explain every decision.
Design Concepts
We design the new piece around the stones you want to keep. You'll see CAD renderings and approve before any original material is touched.
Review & Approve
Final sign-off on design, stone placement, metal colour. We don't start melting or resetting until you're completely sure.
Craftsmanship
Handcrafted in our Coquitlam studio. The old piece returns to you as something new โ carrying the same stones, the same gold, the same story.
