Returns
Our return policy applies to all orders placed within the last 30 days. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at returns@vanhess.ca. Once we receive your request, we'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that items sent back to us without prior communication will not be accepted.
When returning an item, please ensure that it is in the same condition as when you received it, including any original packaging, tags, and documentation (e.g., receipts). Personalized or gift-card-purchased items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item (within 30 days from the day of purchase) and making a separate purchase for the replacement. This approach helps streamline the process and ensures timely delivery of your desired product.
