The five stones at the top aren't set in a straight line. They follow the curve of the circle, creating a small, sparkling crown. The largest stone is at the centre, with two smaller ones on each side stepping down in size.

The pendant is a small, open circle of polished 14k gold, thicker at the bottom like a crescent. Five round cubic zirconia stones are prong-set in an arc across the top. A sixth, larger stone sits inside the circle, held in a bezel setting just above the bottom curve, which makes it look like it's floating. The fine cable chain attaches directly to the sides of the pendant, so it sits flat against the collarbone.
