The centre halo on this ring isn't set flush with the bands. It's raised slightly, so it floats just above the point where the two diamond-lined shanks cross. This gives the whole piece a lot of depth and structure from every angle.

Two thin bands, both set with a line of pavé diamonds, sweep across the finger and intersect at the top. The bottom half of the ring joins into a single, solid, polished band. A round centre diamond sits in a four-prong setting, encircled by a halo of smaller diamonds. This entire centrepiece is positioned over the open space created by the crossing bands, not directly on them.

We make this ring from solid 14K or 18K gold. We use 14K gold (58.3% pure gold) for its durability, which means it’s strong enough to support the intricate pavé setting over years of wear. The 48 natural diamonds are all VVS clarity and E/F colour. The smaller stones are held by a French pavé setting, which involves cutting small v-shaped grooves into the metal to create what looks like a continuous surface of diamonds. The ring is then plated in rhodium for a bright white finish.

You get the finger coverage of a wide ring without the bulk. The split shank creates negative space against your skin, so even though it’s 7.5mm at its widest point, it feels much lighter and more open than a solid band of the same dimension.
