Chain inclusion varies by product. Some pendants are sold with a matching chain, while others are sold as the pendant only. Check the product description for what is included with your purchase.

Vanhess offers free shipping to Canada and the US on orders above $60 CAD, and free shipping to the UK and EU on orders above $110 CAD. All items are handmade and ship within 5 to 15 business days depending on availability.

Vanhess accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, contact returns@vanhess.ca and a prepaid return shipping label will be provided. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and tags. Personalized items cannot be returned.
