No — we don’t offer watch repair. We’re a fine-jewellery workshop (rings, chains, gold, platinum, gemstones). We’re happy to recommend a dedicated watchmaker.
Do you handle heat-sensitive stones like opal and emerald?
Yes. We use a touch-screen laser welder for heat-sensitive settings — opal, emerald, tanzanite, pearl — and antique solder joins, so the stone stays protected during the repair.
