Do I need an appointment, or can I just walk in?
Just walk in during mall hours — Sundays 11–6, Mon–Wed 10–7, Thu–Fri 10–9, Saturdays 10–7. For a focused custom-design consultation we suggest booking ahead so we can set aside bench time and pull stones for you to compare.
Do you do repairs in-house or send them out?
Everything is done in-house at our Coquitlam bench — resizing, soldering, stone setting, polishing, and appraisals. Your piece never leaves the shop overnight. That matters most for heirlooms and sentimental pieces you’d rather not hand to a courier.
Do you repair watches?
No — we don’t offer watch repair. We’re a fine-jewellery workshop: rings, chains, gold, platinum, and gemstone pieces. For watch servicing we’re happy to point you to a dedicated watchmaker.
